The IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter celebrates and recognizes excellence in design with designers and firms from all over Texas and Oklahoma at this annual event.

Awards are given in 15 categories: Corporate Large, Corporate Small, Healthcare Large, Healthcare Small, Hospitality, Education/Research, Retail, Government, Public Service/Assembly, and Best in City Center. The chapter’s annual student event, SHIFT, brings together an array of top students, educators, and design industry professionals for a multi-day professional enrichment experience.

The conference includes: project and firm tours, professional development for professionals, portfolio reviews and mock interviews conducted by working professionals, industry expo, and a variety of other networking opportunities. In line with the IIDA mission, SHIFT is designed to elevate the profession of Interior Design and lead the way for the next generation of interior designers.

Each year, the IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter gathers in one of our eight City Centers to update our members on the state of the Chapter and share the successes from the past year. All current IIDA members and their guests are invited to attend as we recognize the achievements of our City Centers, our members, and our chapter

The Annual Meeting takes place during the annual Chapter Leadership Summit, which brings together members and leaders from all over Texas and Oklahoma for two days of leadership training, networking, and inspiration.
